PAIRA was born from an observation: as AI entered the legal profession quickly, almost no one was explaining that transformation to lawyers in their own language. Technology companies were selling tools, and consultancies were leaving a deck behind and walking away. Yet the point was never the tool; the point was the profession.
Our name is our approach: People-First AI Readiness & Adoption. People first, because transformation is carried not by software but by the people who use it. To adapt is to take the shape of a vessel, to be formed from outside. Internalization is to bring the technology into your own vessel, to grow from within. PAIRA exists for the second.
Today, with a team working between Istanbul and Amsterdam, we accompany law firms and in-house legal teams on this journey. Our belief fits in a single sentence: if you want to be irreplaceable in the age of AI, you must be more human than you have ever been.
